Please feel out your sig so we know what we are working on, also your location. Are you getting fuel? How do you know? What are your volts while cranking? Is the HPOP filled with oil before you crank? Do you have a WTS light? I don't have time to check this area often so you can PM me with the answers to these questions.

Tons of stuff you need to check first.
If you can scan it do so. Like NC said, see if it's getting fuel. See if the HPOP reservoir is full. I'm sure he'll point you in the right track.

Pyro: pyrometer. exhaust gas temps.
You replaced the fuel filter and it was full of fuel? Maybe I'm missing something.
It is some sensor. Have you scanned it?
Check all of your UVCHs and wires.

had it scanned once and nothing popped up but the guy waited till mid day to run a scan on it and it runs fine after it warms up, the glow plug system is all new, new batteries, cps, when i changed the fuel filter it had quit a bit of fuel in it, a guy told me that it shoujld put out white smoke in the mornings when im cranking it over, i dont see any smoke, im stumped, is it something with the fuel? this only happens when the weather changes to cooler temps

Is it getting fuel to the bowl? As in you drain the bowl and with the bowl empty, you turn the key to on but don't start it, and the bowl should fill with fuel.
