thats a video of the problem. rpms flutter in park as well when i step on pedal. and turbo flutters as well even at low boost in park. makes a very annoying turbo boost noise that goes up and down constently.

did you have your air intake tube off recently? a buddy just had that problem and couldn't constantly build boost, turned out to be his connection for the MAF sensor on the back of the tube.

yes i did, but the problem was going on before i did that. i took it off when i was playing with the steering box but it has been going on since before that
