I have a 1995 f350 7.3, both batteries have been checked good, alternator checked good. The problem is the voltage meter on the dash shows a low voltage at start for about 1-1 1/2 minutes. Then it will jump up to 14.5 volts. This happens every single time, cold or hot start ups. I have seen others with similar problems, but I have not been able to locate a definite solution to this problem.
Has anyone with the same problem been able to resolve this issue???
Please help!!!
thank you.:dunno:

That is normal. It is the glow plugs. They will stay on up to 2 minutes after the engine is started.
