I have a 99.5 F250 Ext Cab that has a broken right rear leaf. I am fairly certain the rest of my suspension is shot.

I do not want a huge lift but a nice 4" would be perfect. Is there any lift off the top of your head that offers both front and rear leafs at the 4" level?
