[6.0 stick]

just found out that my truck is backfiring into the intake what could cause this problem just did head studs and headgaskets and blue spring upgrade kit it ran with about half a miss for about 10 min then started popping back into intake ?? Any help

Did you have the heads machined? Could be too close to the piston and valves hit
