Truck has good batteries, everything has power, when I go to start I turn the key and it clicks once. Doesn't start. Bad starter? Maybe solenoid? Need opinions fast

try jumping the solenoid behind the pass side battery. I use a big screw driver between the two big terminals. Make sure your truck is in neutral. if that is not try giving the starter a rap with a hammer.

I replaced the starter now I have a new problem..after replacement it started up perfect once. I shut it off and now it cranks and cranks but don't fire up? It'll start with some starting fluid. Any ideas?

1st stop using starting fluid. It can do damage. Check all your fuses. you could have lost the glow plug signal. these trucks won't start well without them. with them starting fluid can do damage.

Also check that your fuel pump is running when you first turn on the key.
