Having a weird issue with Heater Blend Door Actuator.
Original issue was standard Blend Door Actuator symptoms. Clicking under passenger side dashboard, air getting stuck either hot or cold or randomly going from one to the other.
I took the actuator out and sure enough one of the gears was stripped all but three teeth.
I bought a cheapo replacement actuator. Plugged it in, but could not get the actual motor to turn. Thought it was the actuator went to the parts store and bought the $50 one, but I'm still having the same issue. When I go to plug in the original actuator the shaft will turn, but can not hold up to any resistance. The moment I plug in a new motor... nothing.
