I just bought a set of splined acorn taper seat lugnuts and correct washers from Gorilla. Tried to install them but the lugnuts would not take more that 60 ft lbs due to the washers spreading (not hardened). Even got another set of washers from Gorilla after they swore that the lugnuts torqued fine for them. Well this set was the same as the original set. Got money back on the whole deal. BTW, this is for the ford 20 inch aluminum wheels. Buyer beware from Gorilla!

usually you need special lug nuts for oem wheels, so maybe their lug nuts only work for aftermarket wheels.


Why beware of Gorilla? If the washers didnt work, Gorilla says they do, they sent you new washers, and gave you your money back when they still didnt work... I'd say they treated you pretty good. Am I missing something?
