I have a 2001 7.3 that currently has a 4 speed auto that will soon need to be rebuilt i have decided to put a little more money in and upgrade to a zf6. was just thinking it would be cool to have a go baby go button like on gone in 60 seconds. would it be possible to make a chip or a program or something to make my truck faster that i can turn on and off at the push of a button or am outside of possibilities? i dont want to blow my engine just like an extra 50 hp and torque.

You would have to have a 2 position chip, or a multiple position click switch which I'm not 100% if they make. It would also be hard to click through 6 tunes to find the fast one.

see that is where my problem lies. i want something that is stock then i hit the button and get power. hit it again, go back to stock.

Its simple enough, just get a six position chip, have the first position stock, and then get the second position " extreme" or "race" or "120hp". Something like that. Oh - and help out some org sponsors while you are at it. :ford:
