I have a 97 F350 with 321,000 miles on it. Still runs like a top and any time I take it in for any kind of service I get told that they can't believe how tight and solid it is for that many miles. I changed the oil yesterday and splurged and got the High Mileage stuff, and also threw in a bottle of Lucas Oil treatment for high mileage vehicles. My questions is, do the high mileage oils, and additives really do any better than normal oils or am I throwing away money? It seems like with the Lucas stuff in it, it quieted down a little, but I could be imagining that too. Just looking for opinions on what to do to make the truck last another 300,000 miles! Thanks guys!
