2 months ago I replaced fuel pump... Now its not pumping again... I think I may have trash in fuel because pump is coming on just not making it to engine...

Should I pull the pump and blow low pressure air back towards tank? I understand there is a filter in tank they may be holding trash..

Thoughts?

If you think there's trash in the tank then you'll have to drop the tank. Do the hutch mod while you have it out and changing the fuel pick up and divert the return stream flow ( can't think of the name of the mod). Be careful how you support the tank, pressure in the middle of the tank will break the fuel pick up. There are 2 screens in the fuel mixing chamber ( the white plastic box on he fuel pickup.)

Don't blow air into the tank. Not only will you have fuel comming back at you but you will end up droppng the tank to fix the mixing chamber after you discover that the truck won't run below 1/4 tank.

If you do drop the tank, do the hutch mod.
