My local dealers aren't stocking these and also charge ridiculous $ for them (and I bunged up the ones I just bought trying to install bolt).

Any tips on specs and/if there is anything in particular that is special about the ford / international ones ?

Can I match up a copper washer like you'd buy/find for oil plug?

I made sue the ID matched, the OD was larger. I only ran it for a year or so then did an e-fuel swap, so I'm not sure how much life the copper ones give you in the long run.

Thank you for reply and info, couple more questions if you don't mind:

- Do you know if the width/thickness matched exactly or ?

- It was still leak free a year later when you did your conversion, right?



- Sidenote:how have you liked your elec conversion? is performance improved or is it just a reliability/longevity deal?

I think it was the same thickness, or just a touch thinner than the old one I removed. Never had a leakage issue.

I went to an electric setup to help my bigger injectors. The most notable improvement was at lower RPM when the mechanical can't make the volume the injectors need.
