Alright so a week or so ago I finally got my pillar gauges installed(EGT, Fuel Psi, and Boost). I'm still running stock tuning and my psi is looking good at about 65-68 at idle and no lower than 60-62 at WOT. My question is do I need the FPR upgrade or not. Also what are normal EGTs with stock tuning?

my truck WOT stock. with exhaust and intake hits about 900 ish

Your fuel pressure is good. I wouldn't fool with it. That's exactly what mine is after installing the blue spring kit. I had about 48 to 52 psi before.
EGT is subject to debate, driving style and conditions, 1250 max, cool down to 350 - 400 range before shutdown.
