Hi, I am working on my 95. I have been hunting down a fuel leak. I resealed the fuel bowl, replaced the fuel pump, and now have one more leak.

It is the fuel line that come from the banjo bolt on the back of the fuel pump. I tried today un-doing the fuel line on the driver side, but couldn't get the line out of the connector.

I’m hoping I just need to take off the banjo bolt so I have a little more wiggle room? One guy at an online shop said I have to take off the turbo, another said I just have to do what I did today. Might I have to undo the other fuel line on the passenger side, and/or take out the fuel pump for more room? Hoping to find someone who has done this.

If I take off the banjo bolt, can I reuse the same washers? Just replaced them

Thanks

Loosen or remove the banjo bolt. You can try reusing the same washers if you want. They're cheap enough to just replace, I have a few sets laying around.

If they leak then it's just a few dollars and your labor to replace them.
