im in clark county washington my dad bought this apcm and never used it it has been on the shelf in the shop since '99. i would like to get $100 for it. it has an instruction manual, a quick refreance sheet, and a installation diagram. the mounting plate and wireing harness is still in the origional pack.

i think its for an automatic ive been told its used to keep your motor out of overdrive when hauling a heavy load up hill
