Asking $12,000, Located in New Braunfels, TX. Willing to accommodate pending a solid deal. I know the price is high but I think the value in this truck is there based on what it can do and the current market status. If you want pictures, text or email me and I will get them. I snapped these two quickly but I need to take out the car seats and clean it out before getting more detailed interior pics.

I love this truck to death, but I need to sell and downsize for running the kids around town a little easier. I am the third (I think*) owner and purchased the truck in 2017 with 182,500 miles. I have used it mostly as a hobby truck/project since then and not a daily driver. I have worked on it quite bit, but it is a 20-year-old vehicle, so it isn’t in perfect condition by any means! See the list below for what I have fixed/what is wrong with it. It is still reliable; I took it on a 500-mile road trip 3 weeks ago and set the cruise on 80 mph the whole way with no issues! I do drive this thing each week several times a week so its not just sitting and collecting dust in the driveway.

One thing to note, this truck was almost stolen in TWICE 2020. Lucky for me, they weren’t very good thieves. I have installed jimmy-jammers and a few other knick knacks to prevent theft that I can describe upon purchase. The damage from the stinkin’ thieves has all been repaired.
I have an oil analysis or two if you would like to see them, everything looks great on these.

The truck drives like a champ. Ball joints (160k) and u-joints (201K) have been replaced, new brakes (Hawk LTS) and rotors (slotted and drilled) and a red-head steering gear box (no crazy steering play like most of these 7.3s have). New tires (BFG all terrains, 275s) were put on in December of ’19 and still have plenty of tread left. They have ~15,000 miles on them. I have more maintenance to include if you would like to know the details.

AC blows cold and heater blows hot (after a good while that it takes for this old girl to warm up..). Two normal (for a 7.3) oil leaks listed below, fuel bowl recently rebuilt and does not leak. HPOP and hoses replaced in 2017. Trans is original but pulls strong and stays cool with no issues. Flushed and swapped to synthetic ATF in 2019.

The good:
No body rust!! Frame has surface rust but no structural issues
New XL Prime tint installed in October ’21, all window and windshield (~$750)
Inside leather is in decent condition, drivers’ seat is still somehow not torn!
Ranch Hand front and rear replacement bumpers, Weather guard toolbox (installed in 2018)
Gooseneck hitch installed

Performance Upgrades:
May 2017 || 183k – Adrenaline HPOP and stainless hoses, fuel bow rebuild
May 2017 || 183k – Diamond Eye 4” turbo back exhaust, DIY Air filter (Donaldson blue)
July 2017 || 184k – Transmission flush, Mobil 1 synthetic ATF
Nov 2017 || 187k – Hawk LTS pads and Sector 27 slotted/drilled rotors, Front and Rear
Jun 2018 || 189k – Hutch/Harpoon fuel tank mod, installed inline fuel filter
Oct 2018 || 191k – PHP Hydra
Feb 2020|| 196k – ISS Pro EV2 Gauges. Pyro, boost and trans temp

The bad:
Clear coat is starting to peel on the hood and roof, surface rust on roof channels
Quarter panel dent near gas tank cover was there when I purchased the truck
Minor dents, dings and paint chips from 200k miles
Oil leak under turbo (likely needs o-ring replaced)
  • Drips once or twice after each time you drive it, I have never had to add oil in between oil changes
Oil Cooler leaks ONLY when the temp drops below 25*. This doesn’t happen much here in central Texas so I haven’t bothered to fix it.

Maintenance:
I have maintenance records for the truck if you’d like to see them or have questions, too much to type here. Maintenance done in regular intervals, oil changes and analyses from Blackstone are on hand. New batteries installed in August of 2019
Spare parts included in deal! I had several jobs lined up for this and will be throwing in the following if you purchase

Rotella 15w-40 oil – 4 gals
Front hub – two
Zerex G-05 Gold ELC coolant – 7 gals
Many other 7.3 odds and ends, radiator hoses, CPS etc.
