I just came back from a camping trip. I set the cruise on 72 mph hit a hill
the turbo spooled and the rpm's bounced off the red line and the cruise shut
off. Well the clutch finally wore out. 124,000 + miles not bad. I bought a clutch kit 4 years ago when I purchased the truck because it had a clutch rattle. Now I am wondering do I machine the flywheel or replace flywheel?
What do you think?

Your gonna keep the dual mass? It's generally advised to go to single mass.

I checked in the inspection cover and it does have a single mass flywheel. My 97 had a dual mass flywheel
