Just get it over with and tell us how much they’re asking for it.

It’s got a salvage title and is reported as a full loss. That means the vehicle is next to worthless yet some scamming dealership or auction house is going to try and get top dollar for it.

I wouldn’t buy this truck even as an off-road farm vehicle. It will end up costing you more to maintain it than operate it. Not worth it at all.

I have no idea what export and import fees are. I know a few people that have been involved in legit sales and transfers.
They said it wasn't terrible.
Auction sellers also said overseas buyers were the biggest buys and moving stuff in a big way.

Walk away, it was totalled in Texas and not worth purchasing and then shipping to your location. That's even if it could be imported to your location.
