A lot of vehicles making their way to the rust belt, where people are thinking, "rust free"
I bought a couple of 6.5 GMs many years ago and the rust free part was definitely a benefit.
These flood vehicles are giving people, not so cheap educations.
If Bea vehicle was never turned in for insurance, there's no paper trail to be find out their flood status

Could be a serious money pit.

Does it have nice floor mats? Or tires & wheels?

Just noticed you are in Finland ,, kinda negates all our input since your supply and demand is not even close to what ours in the states is

I have no idea what export and import fees are. I know a few people that have been involved in legit sales and transfers.
They said it wasn't terrible.
Auction sellers also said overseas buyers were the biggest buys and moving stuff in a big way.
