I pulled the FICM and am now ready to solder the 16 points on the power side of the board. Now, should I see visible cracks in the solder? Just wondering because I had 22 volts while it was cranking and 32 volts running at idle and this is the first ficm I've ever seen took apart. I didn't know if I should be able to spot visible discrepancies in the original solder. Thanks

Those cracks are your problem its the same as a loose connection on a wire.
Your solder points should be smooth regular and solid.
Also if any of the resistors look burnt or badly discolored, they should be replaced during the repair process. Pay particular attention to resistor orientation and codeing when replaceing.
