I have a 01' F350 so far I have an AFE stage II intake, and 4" MBRP turbo back exhaust. The next thing I my performance mod list was gauges and a chip from T.W. Tune wise I was going to go with economy, tow, daily, and high idle. Nothing extreme. My tranny has about 70-80k on it (engine 160k), should I invest in a trans cooler or torque/stall converter before chiping it? I do NOT haul any sort of trailer, no 5th wheel, etc. Just daily driving, looking for just a little bit more power. As for the gauges I notice a big difference in price from mechanical to electric. I was going to go with mechanical (trans temp, EGT's, boost) any reason I should not? Thanks in advance for the all the suggestions/help.
