I have a 99 f350 with 197k and the truck runs well except the first couple miles after I start the engine if I am at low throttle is seems to skip and stutter. When the skipping starts if I don't change the throttle it will continue but if I let off or press harder the skipping clears up? Buzz tests and compression is good and no codes. The only other problem I ever see is occasional shutdown when I turn the wipers on not sure if it's related but any advice will be greatly appreciated.

check your batterys and alt it sounds like a voltage issue.
