How do you find out about the recall for this problem. Our local dealer claims there is no recall that they know of. We too have a 2014 F-350 and our truck is forever having DEF problems and now have the DEF fault message and Engine Idled Soon message and going crazy, worst truck we ever bought. Have neen a true blue Ford fan and family all my life but thanks to this truck I WILL NEVER buy a Ford again. Nothing but run arounds from the Ford Dealers and they can never fix the problem, Changed the so call DEF sensor over a dozen times on our truck and still problem codes. Spent over $60K buying this truck new and NEVER NEVER again will a Ford be on our farm
