My white and blue wire was a pain to find, it was tucked up towards the center, it should be there. The wire is white with a blue stripe. And for those of you who plan to do the install with a switch that lighs up, add the ground to the other grounded wires you see on the right of the gas pedal. Worked for me. I would add the pics but i dont know how to.

ok so i figured it out, there are two blacks wires and a green next to it, i used the green post for a ground. Works great, switch lights up when high idel is on.
