My egr cooler has recently started acting up I was gona just weld the two ends shut I've seen a couple of people try it I'm just not sure what to plug it up with or how to go about doing it if anyone has done this can I get some help thank you

Sure, you could weld it up, but it would just be worth your time to replace it with a delete kit while you're already in there.

Unless you need the cooler to pass a visual inspection.
