my early 99 f250 is running great when its cold or for 30 miles or so then it falls on its face and acts like it not getting fuel just replaced icp and all orings on hpop and lines and rebuilt the turbo. changed oil + oil in hpop. and now it was blowing the 30 amp fuse in cab to the fuel heater and the wait to start light isn't coming on? I also have these codes 0381,0470,0478,0475,1211,0603.

I have also noticed it only does this when I try and get on the highway and sustain 60 er 65 mph? then it runs like crap til I shut it down, clear the codes and let it sit for an hour or so? latest codes 0381,0470,0478, I have new ebps and tube on the way. PLEASE HELP thanks in advance

Check the fuel heater, not sure on that year but on my 95 the wire was loose in the fuel bowl and causes the fuse to blow and then no start. I didn`t have any codes on mine but it didn`t happen at 60 either.
