Didn't know if anybody could tell me if an e4od from a 1995 diesel van would be able to be swapped into a 1995 f.350 4x4. I know that the tail shaft would need to be changed cause the van is 2wd but wasn't sure if that was the only thing.

The trans has to be disassembled to change the tail shaft. 95 was a split year on the solenoid bodies. They will not interchange at the connector ( the harness and recepticale at the solenoid body is different) but, you can change the whole solenoid body.
