So i need to lower my rear axle, and had some questions. Currently I only have 2 ton jack stands and a 2 ton lift. Would these be enough to support the vehicle? Obviously have 1 stand on each side, and jack up at the diff. Thanks!!

ive used 2 ton stands, ontop of wood that was sitting on a rim..... i dont recomend that approach but it worked.

you should be fine, just dont get under it untill you see how it takes the wieght, look for stress.

Most of the weight is forward, my buddy's 05 CCLB 350 weighs in at 7900, but 4700 of it was on the front wheels, 3200 on the rear. We weighed in on the scale here at out base.
