VO system temp block with ground. Suitable for Cyberdyne sending units. Sorry only available in 5/16.

Also would work well for a trans temp gauge inline before the cooler for an absolutely accurate trans temp.

Cold weather grill cover-
Buy some metal snaps and rivets for the install. The kit comes with self adhesive snaps that dont work worth a damn.

What would be needed for a 2nd Gen 7.3l? I'm trying to buy a hose kit form DFA to get rid of my valves but they're probably too busy figgering out the new Vegistrokes for the new Fords. I need the specs for the following - links and best of breed suggestions appreciated:

1. Check valves.
2. fittings for the the heads - 90 degree angles.
3. a nice T or two for fuel dist.
4. a purge solenoid.

Seems like most of the normally closed 2 way solenoid valves I can find in 3/8" only come with BUNA-N seals. e.g. McMaster-Carr

Pretty sure BUNA-N is to be avoided in WVO stuff...
Check for 1/4 NPT. You will likely have more selection in 1/4 NPT. Be sure to buy one with VIton seals.

Got the vibralok replacement seals for the oem fuel rails from Dieselorings.
CV's from Leon Griffin.
Still need a solenoid and a tee for wvo - trying to find a SS one going to do a 4 way to get a temp gauge and a fuel pressure gauge into, I'll just use a 3 way off one side to split VO to the heads, going to put a cv at the wvo input port as well, guess the normally closed solenoid will need to be forward of the wvo cv. Ugh this is a complete different set of design issues to think of - very different than using valves.

Tell me if i got this straight. Im trying to put a system in my 2000 PSD. What i would need for it to work efficiently and correctly are as follows:

Tank with heating element.
two Fuel filters (1 right after the tank, 1 right before the pump)
Solenoid (pump:FASS, AIRDOG, etc)
FPHE
Hose
Tees
Feeds to hoses

I am uncertain on how the fuel is pushed from the tank to the filter then the FPHE then the pump and finally into the injectors.

put up a new post, youll get better responses.

skip the soleniod, use cv's for switching.

what kind of tank are you going to use? this will dictate heat type.
fphe - yes
hose (preferably HIH) - yes
tes - up to you
feeds to hoses?

fuel path should be - tank with heated pickup and 150 or so screen > pump > filter > fphe > check valves > heads

assuming you use an internally regulated pump.
