Hey can anyone offer suggestions on track bar or bushings to stop death wobble? I have had nine super duty’s and never had an issue and now my 2012 F350 does it once in a while. It happens between 70 and 75 mph when u hit a bump or series of bumps. I think it’s getting a little worse as time goes on

Before you start throwing parts at it make sure the alignment is good to go.
Yes that is my plan first. I was just inquiring if anyone had any experience with track bar replacement bushings if that is what I need to do.

MY12 had death wobble before. I could tell my ball joint was going out and surely it was. The day it did the death wobble. I had someone push my truck and i was looking at the front suspension and could see the passenger side ball joint have a lot of play. I replace the ball joint with a autozone one and its been doing the job. I did replace the upper track bar bushing up top also because it has some play. One thing to do is turn the truck on and have someone steer the steering wheel and you can look under the front suspension. Anything that is loose will most likely need replacement. If everything is good. Check your alignment next.

Thanks will check everything and do what u need to. I recently replaced shocks with Bilstein 5100s so I’m pretty sure that’s not part of the issue.

there is a section of highway I drive on to work everyday over 2 expansion joints and the vehicle would jump
all around when pasing over at 65mph . I thought these are my shocks at 93k. so I replaced all 4 Rancho 9000.
and the same thing is happening and everthing looks good underneath. no alignment done in 5 yrs

I have a 2011 F250 and experienced "DEATH WOBBLE"

I replaced track bar , new Bilstein shocks , 4" lift , dual steering stabilizer and nothing fixed the problem.

After taking it to the Ford dealership and an independent shop , they both told me that everything was in spec and it shouldn't have the wobble. WRONG !! It felt like someone was dribbling my front tires like a basketball. One day I noticed the body mount bushings had some bushing material hanging out of it. I replaced all of the stock body mount bushings with Kevlar infused rubber ones and the death wobble disappeared.

I would check the body mount bushings if you know everything in the front end is in spec.

Good Luck

I have a 2013 SRW Lariat Crew and had the death wobble at 5 months old and 2000 miles. It's a known issue yet very hard to reproduce and it happened again to me last night. That said, I'm going to get the front end examined again at my next oil change to see if something is worn.
