I was just curious to know when your truck defuels. Does it only do it when the check engine light goes on? Is it possible it will defuel and not send a code?

yeah. the check engine light only comes on in extreme situations. usualy when it defuels it just kinda starts to fall on its face. my truck does it prety bad. the rpms go way up and then it will actualy produce less power the deeper into the red line I go.

at 25psi of boost, light goes on. Im pretty sure overboost always sets a code
but it starts to defuel at 20-21 lbs so you dont have to get an over boost code to defuel.

Mine would only start letting out after the light went on. If it starts to defuel at 20-21psi, why would the overboost annihilator be set to 22psi? They want you to defuel for just a sec? Probably because it doesnt start to defuel til after 22psi

Either way it can be fixed with a 4.7v Zener diode for less than $1 or the over boost annilator for around $40 and about the same install time of 5 minutes.
