I have had a crank-no-start off and on for about a year now. I have had a new starter, new heads (pre-assembled) put on, I have studded it, replaced the stand pipes and dummy plugs, oil cooler, re-sealed all 8 of my injectors as well as the HPOP. I have aftermarket (AutoZone) ICP Sensor and IPR Valve which are reading proper values...I had gotten the truck going again, this time with horrid fuel economy and ran fine for a month. Now I am back where I started and have a crank-no-start. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated!

Suggestion #1..... WHAT YEAR AND ENGINE IS IN YOUR TRUCK! ;)
04.5 6.0 PowerStroke.

first suggestion is buy oem sensors

second is to watch this

third is you'll probably end up going though what you re-sealed as there is likely a hpo leak there, but air test to confirm
OEM Sensors are next...just befuddled that I have all values reading properly with aftermarket ones in there and still nothing.

OEM sensors are definitely preferred, but they may/may not be the issue. Do you have any stored DTC's? Need data for the following:
Fuel Pressure (need an aftermarket sensor for this)
ICPv
ICP
IPR%
RPM
Battery V
FICM MPower
FICM LPower
Fuel Pulse Width (also called injector pulse width)
FICM sync
CAM/CRANK sync (also called sync)

Please post actual values (numbers) for the PIDs @jokester00 listed.

Owning a 6.0L pretty much requires a person to also own a good scan tool (ForScan is what you need). Torque Pro would be my second choice.

Is the SYNC value for Cam/Crank Sync or FICM sync? ICP does not compute...2 doesn't make sense. Please post numerical values for everything i've listed above along with any stored DTC's.

I get tired of asking two or three times for data ............. Not sure that the 6.0L is the right vehicle for the folks that don't post the data requested.
