I've got a 86 F-250 with the 6.9 and a T-19 and the clutch pedal won't return all the way back, it stops with about a inch left to return. I can pull it back by hand/foot. Clutch master cylinder is good no leaks, clutch seams to operate normally besides that. It acts like it has a catch point, maybe the safety switch on it. Any advise?
