I have a 2001 F-350 with DRW. There is no bed on it now. I have found a 2010 SRW take off bed at a good price. I am wanting to change to SRW. What am I going to have to do other than change the wheels?

hubs are different in the rear. the drw axle "might" be shorter. not sure on that

you will need to change the rearend this will make it easier if your truck is a pickup now then just pick up a rear and it will bolt right up. Also if intrested I have one I removed from my truck when I converrted to a DRW

That sounds interesting but I think the freight would kill me from MA to SC.

You will also need 4 rims to fit SRW or the DRW rims will look real funny!
