I've heard that the coil trucks need to have as much attention paid to the trailing arms as the coils when doing a lift. Simply pushing the axle down actually rotates the axle forward causing negative caster. Negative caster is no bueno. If it was a simple coil spacer, you may need some sort of adjustment piece to correct you caster. Sorry, I'm a leaf spring guy, not too hot on the coil part names.
