Hi,

I just bought an 03 F250 6.0. I had both upper and lower ball joints replaced, sway bar end links, and a front end alignment done. The truck is still all over the road at highway speeds. The shop gave me a print out of the alignment specs and the castor angle is near 0. I have enclosed the print out of the alignment. Does anyone know how to decipher this and can anyone tell me what the correct castor angle should be on a stock 03 F250 with stock 16" rims and stock tires. Alignmet.jpg

You need 4-6* of Castor IMO. 0* ..never seen one like that! You sure everything is stock? They should have called you and recommended ball joint eccentrics to fix the problem.
Also have them pop a tie-rod and fix your toein..one wheel is pointing out..lazy.
