I was wondering my 2010 F-250 6.4L International based on the website lists 8,300lb towing capacity.

So I was wondering what would the negative side effects be to towing a 2,700lb trailer loaded to 6,000 pounds? I know its alittle over the limit but the 4x2 version of the same truck as mine (I got the 4x4 with the manual transfer case) lists this as acceptable.

Ford needs to fire the person who created the Canadian website. It has a bunch of information stuffed into a chart and you have to kind of guess to what they mean. :)

Now that I got a number that makes more sense, as compared to what I know a Diesel F-450 can do. I am not as worried about over loading the truck now. :woot:

So I got this trailer in mind now ... JLG 10,000 Pound Capacity Trailer :)
