You're hiding the wire colors with your fingers. Wire color(s) are the #1 clue, because I look them up in wiring diagrams. Location on the engine and the type of connector are #2 and #3 clues.

I work on my 7.3 so seldom (it doesn't break or require much) I don't recognize connectors in pics from memory, I have to go open the hood and look. I will if no one else gives you a definitive answer.

Ive unplugged that connector so many times already, its for the ipr, its deep down near the drivers side head. Best way to see it is hop up and look straight down to the right of the fuel bowl into the valley and youll see the ipr.

It's also the same size to fit in the waste gate "red tube" thing.
My IPR was connected, I tagged this one, and will probably cut it completely out once I get the rig to run
