I have an 04 6.0 with 180 thousand miles in it and I get over pressurization from the degas bottle with bubbles coming from it but I do not loose coolant the truck runs at about 200 degrees all the time and that's on flat land and oil cooler just does what it wants sometimes 10 degrees off sometimes 25 degrees off but everything gets hot and I can't figure out if it's head gaskets or if there is a crack in the egr Cooke letting gas back into the system but I do not have white smoke

The egr cooler would generally present itself in the form of lots of white smoke.

As for the bubbles, it can point toward head gaskets. Might want to have a shop pressure test (or you do it) to verify.

The oil cooler sounds like its on its way out too.

Have you replaced the degas cap? Your oil cooler seems like it's toast at least. If you're handy you can pressure test the truck on your own, there's lots of threads on how to do it with readily available parts.
