Hey all, I have an E99 F350 4X4, I was looking for cross drilled/gas slotted brake kits and the ones for my truck are ridiculously over priced. The ones for the later trucks are much cheaper, since I'm never going to sell mine I figured I could spend a little more now and save a ton over the life of my truck on brake rotors. Now my question is who has done this swap? Do I just need to swap the the hubs, or do I need to swap the whole steering knuckles? Or? Those of you that think I should just leave it alone I appreciate your insight, but I get that at home so I don't need to hear it again, thanks anyway.
Thanks, Bill

I got a decent price for my powerslots, e99 vintage wasnt really much more then an 01.
but there are kits on ebay etc to do the swap.

you say they are expensive yet you will spend the money for new hubs,& rotors,
(over 500$)

..def not cheaper then then what i paid for cryo'd.
call and ask more sponsors etc..i got mine years ago from dpp

now if your hubs are shot too...it would be a good time to change over.

it is just the offset and thickness of the rotor...which i assume changes with the new hubs ,
as calipers , and pads are the same.
