I have this clamping bracket for sale. It is designed to hold the 6.0L boost tube in place. I have not used it. I got it in trade.

I take it that clamps to your CAC tube and bolts to the alternator ? Capturing the tube so it can't flex like designed at the upper boot when the motor moves

Yes I have read that it works with no trouble but I have not tried it myself.

Yeah I was working for years for a big parts distributor - turbos, Bosch and other fuel injection, Alliant Power, and was focused personally on my Dodge but was interested in Fords for professional reasons. Then lost interested in social media and concentrated on my job.

Hah! Actually I am very involved in social media related to my vintage military vehicle and militaria collecting hobby been doing for decades. Forums and FB groups. Just not diesel truck stuff. I just drive one. I really appreciate what you and others are doing for the diesel truck owners and hobbyists. I remember when all we could do to get questions answered was go to a service shop or the dealer. That's like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.
