I replaced the injectors in my 97 7.3 due due a skip, hard starts and white smoke, i made sure to spin the motor over without the glow plugs in to remove the oil. the truck runs great now but even after driving around for 20 min it still smokes really badly, bluish smoke like oil burning. i checked for blow by, checked the fuel filter to see if i pinched an oring and it was clean and the turbo is in excellent shape. Any chance it could still be burning off oil that was left in the cylinder or exhaust? or is it something i should be worrying about?
