Im about to buy 3 inch block in the front and 2 inch block in the rear with extenders. I was wonder if I will need to buy new shocks or if I will be fine as is. I have a 2008 f350 dually.

Do you mean a coil spacer in the front? DO NOT put blocks in the front. Coil spacers are fine. You'll need new shocks in the front. You can probably get by with keeping the rear shocks but be careful not to limit them out.

They are coil spacers. But what shocks would you recommend?

Any of the Bilsteins are good. 5150s will improve your ride over stock and they look cool. Cost about $100 each.
