What do you use your truck for our plan on doing with it in the next couple years? I don't tow much but if you do get D or E rated depending on how much you tow. I currently have General Grabber AT2s and I absolutely love them. No one seems to have them, look better to me than a BFG AT and at a much lower cost. They have 13k on them and look new.

If you're stock height then keep the lt265's and go with a nitto terra grappler if you tow heavy and mostly see roads.

Bfg At ko , the new Nitro G2 terra grappler have a 50k warranty, procomp has some long lasting tires, duratracs are the worst tires I've ever run.
Duck commander has some tires out if you wanna go full retard and only have 5 toofs between you and the misses.

Yeah, it depends upon your intentions. Are you looking for a mud terrain (M/T) or an all terrain (A/T)?

In terms of A/T's, I'd recommend either BFG KO's which are one of the longest lasting A/T's on the market or Terra Grapplers.

I'd recommend the Toyo MT's if you're looking for an aggressive mud terrain.

Read other online reviews. I got 4 Cooper Discoverer AT-3s 285-75-16 in load range E for $960 installed and 6 months same-as-cash. Lots of research went into that purchase. They're quiet, have only 5,000 on them so far. Clean themselves out well. They do pick up some pea-size gravel but grip well in the yard, roadside, and wet muddy roads or trails.

I too have at3's. I like them thus far. They are definitely quiet.

I am running Dick Cepek Fun Country. I really like them. Think they are a great in between street tire and mud tire.

Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo II. They are nice and quite down the road, look all right, and do well enough on dirt that I have been able to pull 3 trucks out of hairy situations. Not too sure about mud, but they are very reasonably priced, have gotten great tread wear so far, and as I said, are very quiet.

If you tow anything moderately heavy, you need to get Load E tires. That limits the tires you can throw on your truck.

^ That was funny and I had to google it. Their tires are going to be made by Cooper, so, aside from "full retard" status, they should be decent tires.

 is there anything they dont have/make with their name on it :dunno:

I've seen it all....
The person who buys those will be the even bigger retard. I wonder if they will run them on their chedy silberadoo on the show.

Those tires you picked out will be fine on mileage and rain in 4x4 but you'll end up on the show highway thru hell come the winter time. I would go with some nitto terra grapplers, procomp a/t, MT ATZ, exo grapplers or toyo r/t. Though if your wheels are 16's some of those might not be available.

I have trail grapplers on my truck and iv got about 40k out of them. They are getting close to needing replaced tho. They have worn well and I have no complaints.
