First off I'm Zach kinda new here. I am stationed in Germany with my 06 F-250. Recently I had to go back the the stock tune since I was pushing coolant out of the degas bottle. Since I have changed back i have noticed no leaking really but ITS TOO SLOW. I would like to wait until I get back to the states in Dec to do the studs but I don't want to damage my motor? So my question is which kit is TRULY complete? I called BPD about there kit and it seems complete but i just wanted to check here first. If I get it torn down and i'm missing something its a 10 day wait for the part to get here.

I plan on just buying Heads from Odessa before i even start.

Mods currently- EGR Delete, Updated fuel spring, dummy plugs, stand pipes, turbo drain, STC fitting, 58v BPD FICM, Edge CTS for monitoring and Fuel PSI, EGT, Coolant PSI and Volts.

Ok I just did a search and I will NOT be using Odessa heads. I thought after reading Bryan's (Tuscany) thread they would be a good option but apparently not. Now I just have to find out where to get my heads from.

Yes there is a member here, Onebadcoastie, who had a heck of a time dealing with them. A few others as well. I would look at OEM. I wouldn't buy a "kit" you can save a good amount of money sourcing the parts out through various venders.

Head Stud parts list:
Arp studs
Factory 18mm gaskets
Injector O rings( Or do these come with new injectors)
Turbo install kit
Exhaust manifold gaskets
New water pump ( Gasket?)
New idler pully
Updated Turbo supply line
(Already have updated: Blue spring, STC, turbo drain, Dummy plugs, Stand pipes and installed an oil cooler about 4 months ago)

Anything else to add to my list? remember I have to order EVERYTHING and it takes 10 days to get here!

Hey Zach, Thanks for your service!

I have the same issue, puking degas mainly in extreme street tune. I have also returned to stock until I pressure test the coolant system to ensure I have HG failure...

Good luck on the list and final stages of bulletproofing!!

You think he'll still save money paying international shipping on each individual order? Not trying to be a pain, because i'm sourcing individually as well, but international shipping gets expensive. Just something to think about.

Glow plug harness would be wise IMO (4C2Z-12A690-AB and 5C3Z-12A690-A)

Also
Two Rocker carrier box gaskets (3C3Z-6584-AA)
One Intake gasket kit (3C3Z-9433-BJ) - contains turbo gaskets also IIRC

When I did my over haul job I had no clue as to what I needed. After doing a ton of research Bullet Proof seemed to be the way to go. I just couldn't find any bad reviews of their stuff. I called them up and told them what I was looking to do and they were awesome. The instruction's that come with the parts are unbelievable. Well put it this way, I kept them after the job was over. Just didn't seem right to throw them away.
I went with the external oil cooler with cold weather kit. The oil bypass filter with the amsoil upgrade. The upgraded egr cooler. A BPD water pump along with their all aluminum radiator and also got the professional install kit. While I had it all apart I changed out the little things like T-stat,hoses ,serp belt etc. The one thing I over looked and should of swapped out while I had it all apart was the serp belt tensioner.

Bismic man, you fudged that second Glow plug harness number. Should be a 4C2Z-12690-AB and a 4C2Z-12A690-BA.

Here's what I have on my list to do while mine is apart.
3C3Z-9229-AA Injector O-Ring Kit x8
4C3Z-12A342-AA ZD-13 Glow Plug x8
4C2Z-12A690-AB Glow Plug Wire Asy x1
4C2Z-12A690-BA Glow Plug Wire Asy x1
W302908 Dummy Plugs x2
3C3Z-9T514-AG Turbo Hardware/O-Ring Kit x1
3C3Z-6584-AA Rocker Box Gasket x2
W302352 Up Pipe Bolt x4
W300051 Up Pipe Nut x4
3C3Z-6A642-CA Oil Cooler Kit x1
3C3Z-9439-AA Intake Gasket x2
6C3Z-6051-AA Head Gasket Kit x2 (Contains 1 gasket, bolts, standpipes and dowel pins) x2
6E7Z-9C165-B Blue Spring W/O Cover x1
6E7Z-9C082-A Updated HFCM Drain Plug x1
4C4Z-8575-AA Thermostat x1
4C3Z-9B246-F STC Fitting Update Kit x1
New Turbo boots from Riff Raff
New T-Bolt spring clamps from Dieselsite
ARP studs
Sinister coolant filter
IPR EGR delete
ELC Coolant

If I listed anything you already have (which I know I did) Just disregard it. Not all of this is necessary, its just easier to do it all while you're in there than it is to do later. I didn't list the oil, trans filters, fuel filters, air filter, or any of the fluids required for those, because I assumed you already keep up on that, and this truck is new to me so I am doing them all at once. If you want any of those numbers, feel free to ask.

I have already done most of the updates, STC, Dummys, Stands, Blue spring, Drain tube, New oil cooler. All within the last 6 months. I will check with xdp and sinister (most parts on my truck came from sinister).
