I want to undercoat my truck before winter and just want to know which one would be the best choice. The bottom of my cab was already sprayed with por15 when it was off to get studs, but the underside of the bed and the frame needs to be done. Any one use the por15 spray can undercoating? A local body shop told me to use the 3m stuff. Any opinions?

The aerosol undercoating just doesn't have the long term durability of a nice thick coat of undercoating sprayed on by a proper shop. At least that's what I've found with our Alberta winters.
