Ok, I am lost on this one. here is the description of what keeps occurring.
The truck starts just fine and runs flawlessly, just like always. Then, out of nowhere the service engine light pops on and I have a terribly loud and rough idle and no power to speak of. Pull over, turn the truck off and then re-fire and the service light is off and the truck runs fine until it decides to do it again. This happened the first time about six weeks ago and never happened again, so i considered it a fluke until it started up again this week. It has happened five times this week.
I scanned the truck even though the service light didn't stay on. It has no stored codes, but has a list of DTC codes. I'm not sure what the DTC codes mean other than what the scanner book told me (which is that they are continuous.)
The codes are as follows:
P1395
P1396
P1397
P0380
P1141
P1748
P1536
P1464
P0231
P0220
P0475
P0232
P0460
P1316
P0282
The truck has 148k miles and is stock except for an S&B intake, 4" turbo back, and TS six position chip.
Any help at all would be great!! Thanks.
