I recently bought a 06 6.0 F450. I only have one key for it and it will physically unlock the drivers door and start the truck, it will not unlock the passenger door.

The truck has power windows and locks. When I would lock or unlock the driver door using the key in the lock it would also lock or unlock the other doors as well. Now, after unhooking the battery to perform some work it no longer does this. I am having trouble finding anything online or anywhere. Does anyone know what is going on here?

My '06 only unlocks that door -- no others

I can use the keypad to unlock the drivers door, or all the doors -- or use the Fob

I’ve never actually used the key to open my truck. I didn’t have a fob when I bought it but I bought a couple on line and programmed them and I’ve never had an issue. I tried to see my code to use the keypad since it wasn’t in the manual but I couldn’t contort enough to see it. Sorry, I know that isn’t really helpful for your issue at all.
