As soon as possible, each Chapter should start a thread in their Chapter area, which they will request to have made Sticky. This thread should contain, the Chapter Name, Chapter Logo, Local Chapter Bylaws, and a list of those holding the Chapter Director, Chapter Asst Director, and Chapter Historian positions.
Once the thread is created, it can be made Sticky, and locked by any member of the staff. In the future should any of the information in that thread need to be changed... it can also be edited by any member of the staff. We are all here to help you with the operation of your Chapter... please don't hesitate to ask.
