I am thinking of putting a small 2.5" lift on my 2005 dually to give a little more clearance on my 22.5 wheel and tire set up. Just curious if anyone has ran this small of a lift?

I just did on mine to do the same as what you are wanting to do. Mine is a 550 but pretty much the same as a 350. I got the 2.5 inch spacers from Summit Racing and I got Bilstein 5100 shocks from them as well. I put the Icon adjustable track bar on which I got from Truck Toyz.
The lift helped, but I still had to trim my factory fender flares some to not rub at full lock.
It was a big step up from the 19.5 which was around 31 inches to the 22.5's which are 36.5 inches. Lmk if you need any help.

Thanks for the reply and info! I took the front fender flares off to take care of the rubbing, I have found a few kits to lift the front and rear. Do you have a pic to how yours sits with the lift?

From calling around readylift had the most complete spacer 2.5 inch lift. I felt it was a waste for me cause I couldn't use the rear lift due to my air ride rear, the brake line brackets wouldn't work and I wanted an adjustable track bar and new shocks. I was leaning towards the Icon 2.5 inch lift or the readylift 2.5 with new coils. I have heard good things about both. My setup rides better than stock so I can't complain. I attached a pic if it doesn't come up I will do it again when I get back to the office and load them on the computer.
My pics come out upside down off this phone no matter what. I ll get a better pic of it on level ground. My driveway is sloped pretty good.

Looks good! I like the extra clearance it looks to have. I will check out the lifts you mentioned thanks!
